White Cow
There is a hidden gem in Corsica, high in the mountains, called Lac de Nino. This is green high-altitude oasis surrounded by snowy mountain and characteristic grassy pozzi meadows. "Pozzi“ means ”well’ in Corsican. These are holes filled with water in the middle of very dense, mossy grassland. Pozzines are typical of the Corsican mountains, but the pozzines at Lac de Nino are the best known. And this area is a home for wild horses but as well for a regular herds of cows.
