At 600mm this shot barely worked. I am quite thrilled that I was able to capture this all in one frame though. My family and I were at the playground with out kids and my wife and I saw these two humpback whales swimming through the channel. They kept on toward this peak and I hoped they'd continue so I could capture this image.To my delightful surprise they did just that. If you zoom in closely you can see seagulls just above the surface of the ocean around the whale.
