Palmetto Point on the Caribbean island of Barbuda is not only home to Frigate birds but has been a natural landmark forever. After Hurricane Irma destroyed vast parts of the island in 2017 developers have started building a luxury resort around Palmetto Point starting a dispute between the government and the local Barbudans who claim their rights to the land are being undermined.
