The deserted Mall in Washington, D.C., after a snowstorm
I arrived in Washington, D.C., after a snowstorm. Although the snow had melted, nearly all the museums had closed. The National Mall was empty. There wasn't a person in sight. It was like aliens had abducted everyone. But I was there, an odd, tall being with long legs.
