This is the first ham finished in a long series of Thanksgiving dinners, hosted for my friends in Berlin, Germany. After 16 years abroad, many Thanksgiving moments have been missed, away from my loving family in Tennessee. But I love to share the traditions with my friends and loved ones here in Germany.
