I've lived in Tennessee for a little over a year now but with school and work hadn't had the chance to visit the smokies. My first hike in the mountains though did not disappoint. It was a very foggy morning which I hadn't yet been able to photograph (having lived in Texas). The morning light mixed with the rolling fog through the trails made for an incredibly mystical atmosphere.
