Teenagers taking photos at sunset on the historic walls of Fez, Morocco

Historic Fez, founded in 789, was the capital of an ancient Berber kingdom that became an important economic and religious center. To defend itself, it built enormous walls, thus enclosing a multitude of neighborhoods with narrow streets, which today earn it the name "human hive." Fez is a conservative city that maintains its cultural and religious traditions, although its young people try to integrate into a globalized world. In the image, a teenage couple takes photographs on top of one of the old ruined walls to upload them to social networks. He wears the shirt of the Argentine soccer team. She has taken off her hijab. In the background, part of the Kasbah and an old Islamic cemetery.
