Swan and Zaanse Schans Windmills. My girlfriend and I took a windmill tour from Amsterdam to Zaanse Schans. The wind was strong and coming from Greenland across the North Sea into North Holland and it was very cold. It was so cold I really didn't want to photograph anything because I would have to remove my gloves. Then I saw this swan with the windmills in the background and I couldn't resist.
