Drove to the small town of Superior, AZ hoping to eat some delicious food being served at the Jade Grill. It’s a small restaurant owned and operated by Lucy Wing, an author and former New York Times Food Editor. Unfortunately for us the restaurant was closed but all was not lost. The rain clouds rolling in made for a cooler day than down in the Valley of the Sun.
