This picture has been taken at Kolkata after a flash flood has occurred. The family is sad on a small wooden cart. The cart is their home and everything they live and sleep and do all they need there only. They are very poor and they hardly get two square meals a day and they earn a small amount of money by doing a very tiresome job. Due to the recent flash flood, everywhere has been flooded with water. The family is finding it difficult to both walk on the flooded road as well as move their cart. They have hung some of their belongings on the nearby wall and are very tired and need some rest. They have no option other than staying awake with all the hunger and wait until the waters recede. Life truly is a struggle for them and they do not choose death because they know someday it will be a good day for them without any troubles or worries.
