This photograph was taken using Apple iPhone. This photo envisions views of Stockholm, the capital city of Sweden, from the Stockholm City Hall. While visiting this landmark, I marveled at how the architecture of the hall and how the distant city skyline interact with the presence of light or lack of light from underneath the archway I stood. The shapes that the sunlight and arches manifested created a unique composition that I felt was worth capturing. I decided to amplify these contrasting elements through post photo editing. I brought down the image saturation to emphasize the its juxtaposition of light and to emphasize the photo composition.
