Spiral Jetty is an earthwork sculpture constructed in April 1970 that is considered to be the most important work of American sculptor Robert Smithson. It is located at Rozel Point peninsula on the northeastern shore of Great Salt Lake. It measures 1500 feet long and 15 feet wide.
