Sparring Siblings
Two juvenile Bengal tiger siblings spar in an open meadow of Ranthambore National Park in India while their mother was away hunting. Young tigers use these moments of play to hone their skills for future hunts and territorial disputes. Normally hidden in deep forest vegetation, I was stunned to witness such dynamic behavior in the open one day as these playful cubs engaged in training for the future.
