22nd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Sculpture Valley

In Qeshm Island, there's a special place called Sculpture Valley. It's named after the amazing rock formations found there. People believe that these rocks come alive and dance at night, making the place seem a bit spooky. But recently, brave travelers have visited the valley at night, lit fires, and celebrated with music. This created a beautiful scene where people and rocks seem to be dancing together. It's a unique experience that combines the island's local legends, natural beauty, and a sense of community.
