Sossusvlei, Namibia is the area where many of the largest dunes in the Namib desert are located, we drove along the paved road that connects Sesriem Gate to Sossusvlei and just stopped at the interesting looking ones. This shot shows morning light and distinct geography. There was a very light breeze, but not enough to get dramatic sand blowing off the edges. Still you can almost feel it when gazing along the edges of the dune.
