Salt Crystals in Rock
The beach is under water at high tide. Pacific Ocean water pools in the rocks on shore when the tide turns, then evaporates, leaving behind crystal structures. Each crystal formation is unique and short-lived. These fragile structures dissolve at the next high tide or during rain.
