This photo was taken in Dingyang Village, Muzhe Autonomous County, Liangshan, Sichuan Province, China. Early in the morning we were ready to go to Dingyang Monastery to take photos, and four-year-old Ram insisted on following along. In Tibet, children's minds are saturated with faith from a young age, and as soon as Ram entered the temple, she knelt in front of the statue of the Buddha and bowed in reverence, with a sense of awe and purity in her figure. In the face of the living Buddha chanting sutras, she also sat there seriously listening, ignorant little like, instantly touched me.
