We had spent the previous day of our Scandinavian cruise at a hospital in Norway, so I was limited in what activities I could do. We were docked in the village of Eidfjord and decided to take a local bus tour up to Voeringsfossen falls. There was an extensive overlook above the falls and we immediately noticed the rainbow below us and to the right. I t was being formed by rays of sunlight passing through the mists being produced by the falls on the left.
