19th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
Purple Vulcano
In late spring thistle begin to open. I love how the colours explode right out of nothing and extends throughtout the head of the flower. I tried intensifying this by playing around with contrast and colours and isolate the flowers head, to have no distractions.
