puma stalking a herd of guanaco

We were in search of puma on a cold winter morning, and we ran into a female, which walked around us and then started looking at a herd of grazing guanaco, from the top of a cliff. The puma has monocular vision as it has injured one of its eyes. It had been feeding from its mothers kills, but we had not seen it hunt by itself.
