Playground: when children grow up

I remember them as children. There are many of them in our village. They grew up imperceptibly. And suddenly one summer evening I saw the boys completely different - in white shirts, smelling of perfume. They were on their way to meet the girls. I wanted to take a group portrait of them. But where to do it? Beautifully on the pond? In the birch trees? But it would all be a ceremonial picture. How do you make it real and still expressive? Take a picture of them where they're gathered. And they gather on the playground. In the evening, when the kids go home, teenagers gather there, because there are no other public places in the village. That's how the idea for this photo shoot was born.
