I often walk across a short roadway bridge that runs over Interstate 395 and separates my neighborhood into two parts. A narrow steep hill with trees and plants runs on either side of the bridge. This unlandscaped area never fails to provide a wild and natural look in an otherwise manicured and densely populated urban area just outside of Washington, DC.
