Riding through Tlemcen, my bus driver passed by this striking traffic circle (roundabout). The attractive circle, located across the street from a passage lined with palm trees and a row of arches, has a clock and flowered bushes. The arches, palms, clock and flowers add charm to complete a lovely scene.
