During Covid, i was not able to visit my daughter and grandchildren. So one afternoon, i went over to her house - i stood on the sidewalk and she was at the top of the stairs on her small front porch. it was a bittersweet experience. we were unable to touch or be together but we at least we could actually see each other. My grandson was particularly upset at the situation. Even the cat wanted to be included.
