Getting older is hard. My father outside for the first time in a month after falling. The story is simple, but heartbreaking. My father fell for the first time and I cared for him without reservation. He was so humiliated and sad, life comes to a standstill and age catches you out. He was happy I was there and all he wanted to do was recover enough to get outside. This is his first moment outside which took several minutes to go 30 feet. The first thing he did was water his plants, something normal again. He dressed himself that day :)
