Mount Mulanje

This is Mulanje massif, which is situated in southern Malawi. Sapitwa Peak, is the highest point on the massif and it's at 3,002 m. It is the highest point in Malawi too. Mount Mulanje lies 65 km east of Blantyre and it's a 1-2 hour drive from Blantyre (According to Google maps).This Mountain is a part of the protected Mulanje Mountain Forest Reserve. The native plant Mulanje cypress has been so heavily cut down that it is considered endangered.
