Mother and daughter in cave dwelling

Cave dwelling is a kind of residential building form, which is a characteristic building in the Loess Plateau of Chinese mainland. On the first day of the tenth month of the lunar calendar, it is the ancestor worship day in China. Many people have to go back to their hometown to worship the dead old people. This cave is inhabited by an elderly woman. On this day, her daughter and her son, who are 1000 kilometers away, came back here to cook for the mother who lives alone in the cave.
