We met this lioness with her cubs on our first day in the Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya and we meet them daily almost every day of our photography trip. It didn't take much more for me to fall in love with these cute little lion cubs who were playing as if there was no danger in the savannah. Pure innocence but mom was always not far behind to watch over them. That morning, they were heading towards another lioness who had caught a prey. We realized later that the hunting lioness was taking care of the cubs even if they were not hers.
