Metal and Night Sky in Gila

This photo was taken on a dear friend's farm and art gallery in the desolate Gila Wilderness of New Mexico. When I stayed with her, she asked me to put up a metal dodecahedron amongst her father's sculptures and her rock maze . You can see the dome in progress in the forefront. The blue lights on the trees and on the ground are part of her father's sculptural work and her maze, and run on solar timers that come on every evening. Behind the clouds is the giant harvest moon called "the Hunter's Moon."
