Mask of the Congo Dance
The Congo Dance, one of the most important and traditional dances of the Carnival of Barranquilla, Colombia, the second largest carnival in the world, a "Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity", awarded by UNESCO in Paris on November 7, 2003. Nearly 3 million people, including visitors and locals, participate annually in the festival.
