Life in the floating village

Kompong Khleang is a remarkable floating village located on the shores of Tonle Sap Lake in Cambodia. It is one of the largest and most picturesque of its kind, known for its stilted houses that rise above the water level. During the rainy season, the lake expands significantly, transforming the village into a vibrant hub of activity, with boats serving as the primary mode of transportation for both adults and children.
