Happy New Year! It was cold when I went for a walk on New Year's Day 2024. As I walked toward home, I looked up at the cheese steam being release from the milk processing plant, hiding most of the factory-looking parts. It appears to be industrial vents floating in the clouds. Wisconsin is the "Dairy State." I live in a county with more cows than people. This particular plant produces lots of cheese year around.
