Kitchen on the Train

Indian trains have a very well-developed supply system. Tea is offered at least 10 times an hour, samosa is offered every two hours, and your wishes regarding the time and composition of breakfast, lunch and dinner are recorded in advance. All this splendor would be impossible without the kitchen. I decided to take a walk to this wonderful kitchen car to make an order in person. What I saw amazed me. It was a huge room with stoves — a real kitchen. Cooks cook at the back of the car, and people in the foreground deal with organizational issues. Such as customer settlement, delivery of disposable tableware, accounting. Everything works like a clock, everything is like a single mechanism. I like this photo because it's about everyday routine. It tells a lot more about India, it helps to find similarities between us.
