My neighbour Joe, a 90 year old Royal Air Force veteran, photographed at home after he asked me to cut his hair during the Covid lockdown. I met Joe in 2019 and started paying him regular visits for tea and biscuits and to hear about his life. During lockdown, I was part of the "bubble" of people allowed to see Joe to help him with daily tasks. That day, he was desperate to have a haircut and asked me to cut his hair. It was my first time cutting hair, but I think it turned out ok. Joe was certainly very happy.
