Jewel of the Sonoran Desert
Adult Tiger Rattlesnake (Crotalus tigris) found during a night hike on the outskirts of Hermosillo, capital city of the state of Sonora, northwestern Mexico. This particular pit viper is endemic to the Sonoran Desert. Our photography work is helping to introduce and educate about wildlife to the general population, avoiding actions like killing or harming the desert fauna.
