Every October 31st, Paseo Boricua in the Humboldt Park Community is transformed into a fun-filled, family-oriented and safe Halloween celebration on Division St. Throughout the street, businesses distribute candy, children’s faces are painted, and kids are engaged in historically relevant and culturally appropriate activities.
