On one of my morning drives in the Kruger National Park, I came across a few Hamerkop birds foraging in a pool of water next to the road. I parked next to the pool and watched the birds catching some fish in the smallish pool. Some of the birds seemed to be very skilled and they caught a few fishes in the pool – as evident in this photo.
