This statuette is in the Marble Mountains, in Da Nang Viet Nam. It is perhaps the bodhisattva Quan Am, and an offering has been left at her feet, the only such donation at the site. While 1,000 VD is $.04, this was likely not inconsiderable to the person who left it.
