GLOBAL WARMING POOR SALES (Filipina Visaya vendor tried to pay Indian money lender, despite sudden low sales)

Amid 1 year drought between October 2018 to August 2019, an Indian money lender tried to collect payment from a Filipina Visaya vendor, despite unintended poor jacket and sweater sales, due to sudden global warming and climate change, that affected our formerly cold, temperate, foggy Baguio City, the Summer Capital of Philippines.
