As a result of frequent migration, their special kind of culture, negligence of the government, and poor livelihood, gypsy children do not have any kinds of education and entertainment and most of them grow up as illiterate and far away from a civilized environment. They are even deprived of having identity documents as Iranians. The future of such children is threatened drastically.
