21st Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
Gifted by the Wind

My photography is how I see outer world, to express my thoughts, and is very personal. Ever since I was a child, I always knew my inner connection to something uncontrollable. We all are extension of divine, and photography reminds me of the belief I have is true. The very moment the sign of confirmation comes to me, I feel divine connection within myself. That is the reason photography my media for artistic expression. The island is divine filled, and its presence is hard to ignore. It's in the wave, in the wind, in the sand.. everywhere. The sculpture of twigs is a bird nest that was rolling on the beach being pushed by the strong wind. It still had the scent of birds that have departed for the next stage of life.
