Lake Magadi in Kenya has a bed of soda with sulphurous springs forming patterns. Flamingos fly overhead, further embellishing nature’s palette. I captured the image from a helicopter, searching for landscapes with birds soaring above them. I interpreted the image as semi-abstract visual art without adding or removing anything.
