Eerie Night at the Smokies
Our first time visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. On our first evening I was looking forward to the beautiful view of the sunset from Clingman's Dome. Instead, it was so foggy, we almost couldn't see our way up the trail to get there! We made it, and had a lovely eerie view of some trees peaking out in the fog. On our way back down the trail from Clingmans Dome, the fog produced such a eerie beauty, even 2 black bears! I went crazy photographing it. In photo my husband walks in front of me.
