"Death on the Mississippi" - Olympus OM-D-E-M1-MkII / Zuiko 12-200 f3.5/6.3 zoom lens
My wife and I had traveled to western Wisconsin and decided to go over to the Mississippi River. Though it was a beautiful autumn day with lots of color, the foliage on the opposite bank was completely dead. I thought the stark contrast between the colorful hills and dead shoreline made an interesting image. It is also a statement about how environmental damage seems to be almost everywhere now.
