Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is an ancient, complex, and deeply heartfelt celebration in Mexico. It's a reminder that life is fleeting and should be celebrated. It weaves together mourning and remembrance with joy. It’s a unique Mexican celebration, filled with family, food, and music. I went to a small village near Oaxaca where I documented scenes in one of the cemeteries.
