Concentration

Fight or run away? One of these is the answer we must give when we are in front of fear ... heart rate increases, pupils dilate, a bitter taste pervades the mouth and we miserably invoke calm, concentration. All around it gets dark and you remain alone in religious meditation. Being able to stay focused on what we want is the only key to excellence. Focus the goal and manage the anxiety with slow, controlled breaths by reducing the heart rate and thinking about the fact that those who have always given their best have never regretted it. And then the things you focus on expand, materialize, and then.. do it ... but on positive things without wasting energy elsewhere, so much you know, the harder the battle the sweeter is the victory.
