Cold Water Therapy Near the Bottom of The Grand Canyon
Day 2 out of 5 of backpacking The Grand Canyon. We had a late start on the first day. The sunset began before reaching our camp. We spent hours hiking down switchbacks in the dark, navigating with our headlamps. Our second we spent hours swimming in a creek recovering from the night before.
