Australian sea lions are so playful and inquisitive! This sea lion was fascinated by its reflection in my camera dome. Australian sea lions are one of the world's rarest species of sea lion, with only 10,000-12,000 living on our coast. Historically hunted for their fur, the population has never fully recovered.
