It is supposed that God hides there, that our dearly departed ones live there, that paradise is just few steps away, but we scarcely ever look at it. The clouds don't even notice us and they continue their dance, they never look the same, they never stop, they always try something new; they are poems of a single stroke, mischievous, playful verses, they don't care about rhyme.
