Born unable to swallow, Reuben now guards his favorite snack.
Reuben was born with type A isolated esophageal atresia. Unable to swallow until he was seven months old, he now guards his Goldfish crackers ferociously in the late autumn pre-sunset light on the Chesapeake Bay.
